1. Data controller

2. What data we may process

Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to handle the enquiry and respond to it.

• full name or company name,
• email address,
• phone number (if provided),
• the country the user is contacting us from,
• the content of the message and any information provided in the contact form,
• technical data related to using the site, e.g. IP address, browser data, date and time of the visit.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling enquiries about the offer and preparing a response,
• correspondence related to the company purchase process,
• ensuring the site works correctly and securely,
• establishing, pursuing or defending potential claims.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — where contact relates to pre-contractual steps, e.g. an enquiry about a company's availability,
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence, site security, and pursuing or defending claims,
• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, given when submitting the contact form.

5. Contact form

The contact form is used to enquire about available companies and for other questions addressed to the controller. Data from the form is passed to the controller solely to handle the enquiry.

Messages from the form are technically delivered using the Resend (Resend, Inc.) service, which only handles delivery of the email to the controller.

6. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with parties that help the controller operate the site and correspondence, in particular:

• site hosting and infrastructure providers,
• the email provider used to handle the contact form,
• IT, legal or accounting service providers, where necessary.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some technical service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, safeguards required by the GDPR are applied, e.g. standard contractual clauses.

8. Data retention period

Data from the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the related correspondence, and afterwards for the period necessary to secure potential claims.

9. Your rights

• the right to access and rectify your data,
• the right to erasure and to restrict processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to object,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

10. Cookies and technical data

After you consent to advertising tools, we load the Meta pixel to record a page view (PageView). Meta may receive the visited page URL, browser and ad click identifiers and technical data, including your IP address. This data may be used to measure advertising and build audiences. The pixel may set _fbp and _fbc cookies. We do not send form content or the contact details entered in the form to Meta; the site code does not enable automatic events or automatic advanced matching.

Refusing does not affect the contact form. You can change or withdraw consent through Privacy settings in the footer. Your choice is stored on your device for 180 days. The pixel is not loaded without consent or when JavaScript is disabled. Withdrawal blocks further measurement and removes pixel cookies accessible to the site; it does not delete data already sent to Meta.

11. Data security

The contact form is protected by, among other things, data validation and basic anti-spam mechanisms (a honeypot field and a limit on the number of submissions).

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in how the site operates or personal data is processed. The current version is available on this page.
